Benedict Cumberbatch was spotted tasting local cider while filming Doctor Strange 2 in Somerset.
In pictures circulating on Twitter, the actor can be seen walking up to Burrow Hill Farm in Martock wearing a mustard corduroy jacket with a bottle of cider in hand.
It is understood the Hollywood star was trying Burrow Hill cider, made on the farm where a scene from the Marvel movie is currently being filmed.
It comes as footage of the ensemble has circulated online, confirming that filming for the film’s second installment, named Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, is underway.
The footage has led some fans to wonder why the actor is clean shaven, as Doctor Strange’s character typically sports a natural goatee.
In a discussion with Zoom in March, Cumberbatch said, “By the way, you’re staring at a ceiling because I can’t show you my face because I’m filming Doctor Strange and it’s all under embargo.
“Just to explain why you look at a very attractive cap in a trailer.”
It comes after Cumberbatch appeared in a TikTok video saying hello to a bearded fan.
