H&M offers free costume rental initiative for job seekers Brighton News

A CLOTHING company offers people the option of wearing a costume for an interview for free.

H&M offers a job interview free of charge to people who need a costume. The offer is part of a new program called One / Second / Suit and is designed to give people the appropriate attire to impress potential employers.

People will be able to get their hands on a navy blue jacket with matching pants and a white shirt with a blue tie and a red handkerchief.

There is no charge for the rental. However, if the clothes are not returned within 24 hours a fee of £ 50 will be charged. All late fees will be donated to charity.

Brighton job seekers will also be able to take advantage of this program as they can order their costume online without having to pay for delivery. People can also visit their local H&M branch in Churchill Square, Western Road.

Sara Spännar, Head of Marketing and Communications, said: Job interviews can be a nerve-racking experience, but we believe nothing should hold you back, especially what you’re wearing.
