Chelsea beat Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals, staging an all-English final against Manchester City.
They beat the Spanish team 2-0 in West London with goals from Timo Werner and Mason Mount.
The Blues face Manchester City in Istanbul at the end of the month.
After a 1-1 away draw, Chelsea were still in the lead against a lackluster Madrid side who created very little.
In contrast, Chelsea had a handful of good chances and could have won by a lot more.
The first goal came in the 28th minute thanks to a simple header from Werner, taking advantage of the rebound from Kai Havetz’s chip.
That put them 2-1 on aggregate, but another Real goal would have forced extra time and saw Chelsea Street miss their other chances.
Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard was unusually calm, and their other big names like Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric were also poor.
The all-English final was sealed five minutes from time – the brilliant N’Golo Kante clinging to a loose ball, passing to Christian Pulisic who took his time before squaring for Mount’s arrival.
