Take-out enthusiasts can also order breakfast baconators, triple-stacked beef burgers and chocolate frozen desserts from hundreds of restaurants the company plans to set up in the UK in the years to come.
Wendy’s bosses haven’t revealed the five locations of the new restaurants, but have revealed the opening date of their first dinner party.
Plans are underway to open the first location in Reading on June 2.
The Berkshire site will then be followed by four more sites – including Oxford and Stratford later in 2021.
It comes from May 17 – Boris Johnson has given the green light to the third leg of the UK roadmap.
Hospitality venues such as restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes can then reopen to foodies with tables and chairs inside.
