Police officer must stand trial over ‘sexual contact’ allegations Brighton News

A POLICE officer will face allegations of sexual touching during his trial on Monday.

Suspended PC Steven Lodge will stand trial at Chichester Crown Court for three offenses.

The 39-year-old, based in Hastings, will face two allegations of sexual touching and one count of voyeurism on Monday.

The alleged offense occurred while Lodge was on leave between 2018 and 2019 and the victims are known to him.

A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “PC Lodge may face further disciplinary proceedings after the court case is concluded.”
