A ROUTE was closed this evening after an accident involving a car and a motorcycle.
Dyke Road was closed in both directions between the A270 Old Shoreham Road and B2122 Chatham Place at Seven Dials following the incident at around 5 p.m.
A detour has been put in place along Old Shoreham Road, Montefiore Road and Davigdor Road, but traffic is now passing through the area.
⚠️ Dyke Road in Brighton is closed between Seven Dials and BHASVIC. Our # BH27at Westdene are diverted via Davidor Road, Montefiore Road and Old Shoreham Road. Services to Saltdean are diverted via Upper Drive, Old Shoreham Road, Montefiore Road and Davigdor Road. ⚠️
