Aldi announces the arrival of Specialbuys in stores after long delays UK News

Aldi provided update on product line delayed due to global shipping backlog affecting stock

The supermarket chain has released an updated list of Specialbuys that are expected to hit stores in July and August.

The German retailer informed buyers on social media in April when they apologized and warned customers that many Specialbuy products could experience delays of at least a month.

These products are currently delayed due to an ongoing stock issue, but are expected to arrive in July and August.

Special purchases include everything from baby products to kitchen equipment, and are placed in the store’s center aisle.

Why are the products delayed?

Addressing the delay in delivery, Aldi’s website states, “Due to the current disruption in global shipping, a number of Specialbuys may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

“We are doing our best to clarify expected availability dates, but these are subject to change. Dates vary by store and region.

“Please click below for affected products and subscribe to our email newsletter for the latest availability updates. ”
