A MAN HUNT is underway to find a prisoner who fled from an open prison.
William Adams, 22, left Ford Open Jail in West Sussex at 9 a.m. on Wednesday July 14.
He is white, 5 feet 6 inches, of medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes, and has a scar on his left eye.
He was last seen wearing a gray Under Armor tracksuit, a gray baseball cap and black sneakers.
Adams was serving a 45-month sentence for conspiracy theft imposed in September 2020.
It has ties to the Sittingbourne area in Kent.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Sussex Police via 999 or 101, citing the 575 series as of 07/14.”
