Bedford parkrun returns this weekend after being forced to cancel last year due to the pandemic.
Starting from the Bedford Park Bandstand at 8:50 am on Saturday, July 24, the three-mile course has now been changed.
The runners must complete the two and a half laps of the park in an anti-clockwise direction.
Now in its seventh year at Bedford, parkrun will start at the same time every Saturday.
