A MOTHER was assaulted in front of her daughter during the self-scan at a supermarket in St Leonards.
A woman wearing a light gray tracksuit with “Queen” on the top was in Asda with her ten-year-old daughter between 3:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, when she was assaulted by another woman.
The woman is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and of average build, with brown hair in a ponytail and wearing glasses, blue jeans, a white top and a long gray sweater.
Anyone who has seen what happened or has other information is urged to contact the police online or call 101 quoting the 348 series from 06/30.
