Brand new music festival arrives at ‘secret’ location in Bath Bath City News

Everyone knows Bath is a city full of music lovers.

This is why the past year and a half has been so difficult with all of our festivals and music events canceled.

Last weekend’s Bath Festival finale proved to be a success in what was the first major musical event held in the city since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

A team of people from the city have come together to create a brand new music festival, which will take place next month.

While they are pretty secret about the events, the 7 Hills Festival will take place in a beautiful hidden garden and there will be high class music, food and fun.

It will take place at the King James’ Pleasure Garden at Lyncombe Court, opposite Paragon House in the countryside around Widcombe.

The venue offers stunning views of the city and is an ideal host for the event, which will take place on Saturday September 4th and has been touted as the “Bath’s Americana Festival” by the organizers.

A statement on their website reads: “The best local food, the hazy heat of September and fabulous live performances from top performers of music influenced by American roots – all in a secret garden just steps from downtown Bath. “

Acts scheduled at the festival include Beth Rowley, Louis Brennan, Lady Nade, Michele Stodart, Matt Owens and the DVP, Ali George, Blue Violet, Eillie Gowers, Avalon Highway, Alex Lipinski, Jimmy Lee, Samuel Taylor and Bob Gallie.
