A BUNGALOW with panoramic sea views is being auctioned with a indicative price of £ 1million.
The three-bedroom Ainsworth Avenue home in Ovingdean goes up for auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers on Wednesday, September 22.
People are open to bidding on the property now and only the most successful bidder will get their hands on the large property.
Richard Payne, senior auctioneer and auctioneer, says the large bungalow has “significant development potential.”
It reads: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a spacious detached bungalow in an elevated position with panoramic sea views in the picturesque village of Ovingdean.
“It covers a little over a third of an acre and there is the possibility of developing the land or extending the existing property, subject to obtaining all necessary consents.
“The bungalow has a southern exposure and offers generous accommodation with double glazing, a gas radiator heating system and an independent garage with adjoining workshop.
Although the photos show that the property is in need of updating, it has a spacious living room and a large kitchen.
There are gardens on three sides spanning 0.15 hectares (0.38 acres), with a driveway, parking and a separate garage with attached workshop.
There is also the possibility of expanding the property, according to the auctioneers.
Clive Emson Auctioneers holds auctions eight times a year, offering specialist advice for auction purposes with offices in Brighton.
The next auction will take place on Wednesday September 22.
