Simeon Winnard, of Park View Road, Hove, was clocked at over 70mph on the dual carriageway at Albourne on June 21 last year.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to the offense at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
Winnard was fined £95, ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
He also got three points on his driver’s license.
