A MAN has been fined and given points on his license for using a mobile phone while driving.
Gerald East, of Heathcotes, Crawley, was driving along Roehampton Lane, London, on July 12, while using his mobile phone.
The case was proven by Bromley magistrates on Tuesday March 8.
James, 67, was fined £220, surcharged £34 and costs £100.
His driver’s license was also penalized with six points.
