Haven Announces More Adventure Village Activities Bath City News

Haven announced that it will be bringing some of the key features of its Adventure Villages to more parks this summer. With two parks in Somerset, one in Burnham-on-Sea and another in Doniford Bay, near Watchet, the destinations are hugely popular with young families.

The Jump, which first launched at Craig Tara in 2019 as part of the Lighthouse Harbor Adventure Village development, will arrive at nine additional parks this summer. It is described as a thrill-seeking activity, offering holidaymakers the experience of free-falling from two different heights onto a massive airbag.

Whether you are watching or participating, it is a huge attraction and will be a great addition to those parks. Climbing walls have long been a feature of Haven Parks, but since the arrival of the new Adventure Villages they have become more thrilling, more exciting and a challenge for even the most experienced climbers.

The brand new and improved climbing walls will be present in eight parks this summer, perfect for developing your strength, endurance and flexibility. Thrill-seeking isn’t just limited to the elderly in Haven, as the mini aerial adventure is perfect for toddlers looking to take on the “high” challenges.

Just one meter off the ground, it offers younger children a challenge rather than a fright, with parents able to ride the course with them at ground level. Five parks will receive Mini Aerial Adventures and expect them to be a big hit.

And why not put your racing skills to the test with the new Crazi-Bugz coming to Devon Cliffs and Hafan y Mor this summer. Once you try it, you’ll have a better idea of what it’s like to drive a tank.

These six-wheeled electric vehicles are controlled by stick shifts, are great fun to maneuver and will be perfect for trying out on a multi-terrain course.
