London Underground: London Overground suspended, Metropolitan delayed UK News

This morning, the London Overground is suspended without service between Willesden Junction and Watford Junction.

The suspension is due to a track fault at Carpenders Park, but good service is still provided on all other London Overground routes.

The Metropolitan line is heavily delayed today between Baker Street and Aldgate, with minor delays on the rest of the line.

This is due to earlier train cancellations, but tickets are accepted on London buses and Chiltern Railways.

Elsewhere, the tram service is partially closed with no service between Therapia Lane and Wimbledon until Wednesday April 13, but replacement buses are operating.

Additionally, parts of the Northern line are suspended without service between Kennington and Battersea Power Station due to tunnel ventilation repair work.

Additionally, the line remains closed between Moorgate and Kennington as major upgrade work takes place.

But you can take London Bus Route 733 which connects Moorgate to Oval via Bank, London Bridge, Borough, Elephant & Castle and Kennington.
