An exit slip road on the M5 was closed this morning after a lorry crash. The exit lane onto the southbound carriageway at Junction 25 in Taunton was closed after the collision just before 6am today (April 19).
The ramp was completely closed to traffic this morning while the accident is being dealt with. The roundabout to which the slip road leads from the M5 is also partially blocked by queues due to closure.
Traffic monitoring service INRIX said in an update: ‘The southbound M5 lane is closed on the off slip road due to an accident, lorry involved at J25 A358 (Taunton).’
