Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, millions of people have sought to prioritize flexibility over where they live and work. Demand has increased for homes with gardens in more rural areas as Covid restrictions have undermined the benefits of living in big cities.
“Over the past two years, the world has undergone the greatest change in travel since the advent of commercial flight. Remote working has freed many people from the need to be in an office every day” , the statement said.
