Three Kempston schools join Chiltern Learning Trust – with a name change Bedford News

Kempston Challenger Academy, Daubeney Academy and Springfield Primary School have now joined the trust.

They will all keep their names apart from Kempston Challenger Academy, which will become Kempston Academy.

Matthew Lee, Head of School at Daubeney Academy, said: “Joining CLT will open doors of opportunity with a wealth of experience as we continue to ensure we provide the best education possible for our students.”

Karen Bateman, Executive Director of Kempston Academy, added: “Through collaboration with staff at CLT Schools, working with the core team and learners across the trust, we will have access to a wealth of opportunities, which will help us grow and develop.

Springfield Elementary School Principal Claire Andrews said, “As we officially join CLT, we are inspired to enhance the learning opportunities we provide by working together.”
