Most people won’t be surprised that Brighton is in the top 10 most expensive places to rent a flat.
It may be less well known how different rents are compared to cheaper parts of the country, but a new study has revealed it all.
Karpiak Caravan’s research analyzed the UK’s most populated areas and used data from Numbeo to find where tenants can rent a flat cheapest and where it will cost the most.
The analysis was based on the prices of one-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments both in the city center and out of town.
