The 65-year-old chief reportedly got his sister to safety with several other people before she was treated by paramedics and rushed to hospital.
A viewer told The Telegraph: βThe garden was packed with people and I think the woman must have fallen into the pond or tripped and ended up in the water.
βI think she almost drowned. She was pulled out by Ainsley Harriott and other celebrities before they laid her on the floor. She was spitting up a lot of water.
