Trans man sentenced after ‘cheating three women into sex with a fake penis’ | United Kingdom | News UK News

Tarjit Singh, 32, was born a woman named Hannah Walters but now identifies as a man. He had abusive relationships with each of his three victims, with whom he wore clothes during sex and used a prosthetic penis in the dark, between June 2010 and March 2016.

Singh became abusive and manipulative once the victims started asking questions and told one that a relationship was about more than sex and that she should learn to talk more about her feelings .

Singh was convicted of three counts of assault by penetration, six counts of assault causing actual bodily harm and one count of threatening to kill.

Describing the sexual contact during a trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court in east London on Wednesday, a victim said she only found out Singh had female genitals after finding his strap-on prosthetic penis a few months after the start of their relationship.

She said, “He looked like a guy, he acted like a guy.”

She told the police that she felt so stupid that she fell for such lies.

Singh told another victim that he was born male, changed gender to female, and now wanted to be male again.

The third victim met Singh after receiving a message from dating site Plenty of Fish in 2014.

Shortly after their relationship began, Singh told her he was going to change gender to female.

The victim met Singh after what she believed to be the gender reassignment operation and noticed he now had breasts but no scars.

Singh was surprised after this relationship turned abusive and the victim filed a complaint with the police. The investigation was later linked to two previous victims.

During the trial, the prosecution was able to introduce cellphone evidence that showed a history of websites visited by Singh, including FreeToMProsthetics.com – a company that makes ultra-realistic prosthetic penises.

CPS’ Melissa Garner said: “These victims were deceived, betrayed and lied to in the most disturbing and traumatic way. One of the victims was only 16 when she met the accused.

“Tarjit Singh, who was born as Hannah Walters, presented himself as a man, wore men’s clothing and used a man’s name. He tricked three innocent women into thinking he was a man and when questioned he violently attacked and intimidated them into continuing their relationship.

“Singh never admitted to his crimes and continued to claim that these victims knew of his gender.

“The victims in this case have shown immense courage in coming to court and testifying.

“Sex offenses can be among the most complex cases we prosecute. I hope these convictions will help put an end to victims. The CPS is committed to bringing sex offenders to justice.”

Singh will be sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on July 27.
