Maxwell, 34, is a busker from Steel City who wowed audiences and judges alike with his operatic performances.
He fought his way to the semi-finals last weekend and was named as the favorite to win at bookmakers BetVictor, at odds of 7/4.
He is due to return to the stage for the BGT final from 7.30pm on ITV.
