Join EFR Travel Group as Corporate Operations Manager
In this role, your job will be to manage sales and service operations across all EFR travel brands.
You will be responsible for ensuring best practice processes and procedures are in place across the business.
You will also ensure that staff are effectively managed and motivated so that they can provide the best service to customers.
You will report to the Group Chief Operating Officer in this role.
In addition to managing people, you will also ensure that weekly sales reports are in place to communicate performance to the COO/CEO on a weekly basis within the company’s sales and service delivery.
The position is also heavily involved in client and project management as you will oversee the business transition to Amadeus and support and drive the roll-out of online booking.
The role is based at the company’s head office, but will also require you to travel to clients across the UK.
Hybrid work options are also available.

Join EFR Travel Group as a Business Travel Consultant
The full-time role will involve impressing new and existing clients by providing them with dedicated personal service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, competently and promptly
- Provide a dedicated service offering accurate information on uptime costs
- Ensure all reservations are made accurately and carefully checked
- Follow up on inquiries to maximize sales opportunities
- Build rapport to ensure a good long-term relationship with the client
- Maximize the use of net fares and consolidators to optimize profit margins
- Ensure company procedures are followed using available systems
- Maintain corporate business policies and their implementation, while adhering to necessary regulations and codes of practice
- Keep product knowledge up to date
- Ensure that accounting information is processed accurately and interfaced with the administrative department
- Other requests made by the Director of Operations
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions on work-related matters in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Ensure questions are answered promptly and all profiles are kept up to date
The position is based at Bushley Heath in Hentsmere (hybrid working options are available) and comes with a competitive salary and access to commission and pension schemes.
