EE customers were reporting problems with service on Wednesday afternoon.
They encountered issues while using their cell phones to make calls and use data.
According to Downdetector, the issues began around 12:25 p.m., with users taking to social media to complain about the issue.
Issues have been registered by EE users across the UK on Downdetector, including London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Of the issues reported, 67% are related to mobile internet issues, while 21% are related to no signal.
An additional 12% is related to a total service outage.
EE posted on Twitter to let users know it is aware of the issue, writing, “We are sorry that a number of our customers are having difficulty using our mobile services. We are working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and will keep this thread updated.

The phone company’s customers voiced their opinions on Twitter.
One wrote: “Is the EE network down for everyone?? #EE”
