Glastonbury Festival: Sam Fender prepares for Pyramid Stage by making pizza in Clevedon Bath City News

This year’s Glastonbury Festival is now well under way, with a host of household names from the music world staying in Somerset for an unforgettable week. While each act has their own way of preparing for a performance, Sam Fender’s is perhaps the most unique.

The Geordie singer-songwriter is set to play tonight (June 24), with his performance from 8:15-9:15 p.m. He will play just before multi-award-winning artist Billie Eilish, who is Glastonbury’s youngest solo headliner.

A social media image gave fans a glimpse of what Fender has been up to today in a Facebook post from the Walton Castle wedding venue in Clevedon. The message read: “Sam Fender making us pizzas before heading to Glastonbury.”

The post was accompanied by a photo of the star making a freshly made pizza. He looked nice and relaxed in front of one of the biggest shows of his career as he stared at the camera with the pizza tray.

One commenter replied: “As if”. While another said: “What a time to be alive.”
