71% of users cite problems with their emails, with one user writing on the site that they have trouble sending and receiving emails.
TalkTalk confirmed the issue by issuing a statement ensuring that its engineers are investigating the issue.
The statement reads: “We are aware that customers using the Tiscali and Pipex domains are currently unable to send and receive email.
“Our engineers are currently studying this problem as a priority. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time. It is not necessary to contact us about this. However, if you need to talk to us about something urgent, please do not hesitate to contact us.

One wrote: ‘For hours without email noticed 8am. Another said: “I can’t receive Pipex emails either.”
In a response to a tweet, TalkTalk assured that this was considered “high priority”.
