The Seagulls take on Luton Town at 3pm today with all approaches to the newly-named American Express Stadium expected to be extremely busy.
The A23 southbound from Pyecome to Patcham, A27 eastbound from Patcham to Falmer and Falmer Road in both directions are all set to see heavy traffic.
Trains from Brighton to Falmer will also be busier than usual.
