And it was the combination of this stunning setting, being with her partner Joe Swash, and knowing that their first baby together was imminent that made it such a special day.

The Loose Women star, who gave birth to Rex just six weeks later, said: “It was one of my favorite moments, spending time together as a family, walking around looking at all the flowers.

Now the 32-year-old is ready to enjoy her first Mother’s Day with baby Rose, who was born in October last year.

Rose and Rex will join Stacey’s oldest children, Zachery, 13, and Leighton, nine, for what will be their biggest Mother’s Sunday yet.

Stacey said, “Obviously the best thing… is spending time with your kids.”

But they are handmade gifts rather than standard gifts, which means more to the TV host.

The proud mum, who attended the Amazon Handmade pop-up in London’s Soho, added: “My ultimate relaxation is getting involved in some arts and crafts projects with the kids, it fills me with joy!

“On the last Valentine’s Day, we made a plate for Joe with all our fingerprints on it. They are the little handmade gifts that we keep forever – I have lots of those handprint cards that kids have made in school and nursery.”

Stacey Solomon launches Amazon Handmade Pocket Money Range at a pop up in Soho today. The pop-up window will be open until 8:00 pm on March 10 and visitors will be able to shop for handmade Mother’s Day gifts and join workshops to personalize gifts with the skilled artisans of Amazon Handmade. SoHo, London. March 09, 2022.

Made with love

While visiting the pop-up store, Stacey tried making a macramé plant hanger with the skilled craftsmen who sell through the online retailer.

The pop-up has opened to launch the Amazon Handmade Pocket Money Range – a selection of unique and personalized gifts costing less than £7 – and free creative workshops will be held there on March 9-10.

Stacey added: “I’ve always shopped for special gifts on Amazon Handmade so I’m really excited to help launch the new Pocket Money range.

“I love that kids can get involved in choosing something for their moms this year, instead of having a partner or dad remember it at 9pm the night before.

“Pocket money these days goes way beyond when I was a kid. I used to save my lunch money to buy a roll of potato chips.”
