It comes after Katie revealed she was returning to her £ 2million ‘evil mansion’ near Horsham in Sussex, after vowing never to live there again.

It was reported that she was in talks for a new TV show that would see her renovate the mansion, which is in a dilapidated state.

A source told The Sun: “Katie works with a production company and it’s in development – and because the house is a wreck, that would be a real transformation.

“She would do it all, showing fans how they can transform their home for little money, but with Katie’s clever tips and tricks.

“Everyone knows she’s hilarious on camera, so everyone is sure a TV station would jump at the chance to make money and support the project.”

Earlier this week, Katie filmed herself laughing at her two-year driving ban while plowing bushes in her BMW X5 on her land at the mansion.
