He added that “the government will not stop” and “will redouble its efforts” to fight for the release of Ms Zaghari-Ratcliffe, and will work alongside “our American friends on this issue as well”.
Foreign Minister Dominic Raab called the continued detention of Ms Zaghari-Ratcliffe “a totally inhuman and totally unjustified decision”.
