There are delays on the M5 tonight after a car caught on fire.
The fire broke out on the northbound carriageway and is affecting traffic between Junction 25 (Taunton) and Junction 24 (Huntworth).
Emergency crews are on the scene and motorists have been urged to “pass with caution”.

Traffic controller Inrix said: “One lane closed and traffic queued due to a car fire on the M5 northbound at J25 A358 (Taunton).
“Lane one (of three) is closed Emergency services and traffic police are on site.
