Six of Newcastle’s most viewed homes on Zoopla real estate site in May UK News

From bungalows to single-family homes like Fenham, Walker, and Chapel House Estate, they’ve all hit home with house hunters.

It’s not just the weather warming, the real estate market is too.

Spring and early summer have traditionally been one of the busiest times for buying and selling homes, and according to many reports the market is very buoyant.

With the help of the Zoopla website, we took a look at the hottest properties in Newcastle in May, judging by the number of searches recorded.

And they’re pretty mixed up, from bungalows to detached houses, with an asking price of just £ 60,000 for one with offers over £ 200,000.

The cheapest property, £ 60,000, was a three-bedroom terraced house in Greenford Road, Walker, in need of a bit of updating.

Then there was a stylish looking £ 160,000 two-bedroom detached house on the Rise development on Armstrong Road.

Another popular property was a lovely three bedroom terrace house in Knightside Walk, Chapel Park with an asking price of £ 159,950.

The most expensive house, for offers over £ 200,000, was a three-bedroom semi-detached house on Lindale Road in the increasingly popular Fenham area.

A well presented three bedroom terraced house at Whickham View on the market for £ 115,000 has also attracted a lot of interest.

And finally, a two-bedroom bungalow at Aisgill Drive on the grounds of Chapel House was a big hit with property hunters last month, priced at £ 180,000.
