Video review Ferrari Roma vs Aston Martin DB11 AMR vs Bentley Continental GT: the best grand tourer in the world? Car News

Who is the world’s greatest traveler? These are coupes that combine comfort and sport to the highest degree.

Could this be the novelty of the Ferrari Roma 2021? It is fabulous. And quick. It is equipped with a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 developing 612 hp and 561 lb-ft, which is enough to propel this 1570 kg car from 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and to a top speed of 199 mph. In the UK, the price of Roma is £ 170,984 before options.

Or would it be the Bentley Continental GT? Also recently revised, the GT V8 comes equipped with a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, slightly less than the power of the Ferrari, but still developing 542 hp and 568 lb-ft. This all-wheel-drive car is the heaviest here, at 2,149kg, and finishes the dash from 0-62mph in 4.0 seconds and goes to a top speed of 198mph. It costs from £ 166,200.

Finally, the Aston Martin DB11 AMR. Because this is the AMR model, it has nothing short of a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, developing 630 hp and 516 lb-ft. Like the Ferrari, it’s rear-wheel drive, so it weighs less than the Bentley, at 1,870kg, and is good for a 0-62mph sprint in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of 208mph. It costs from £ 178,495 and, on paper, it looks like it sits somewhere between the Ferrari and the Bentley in terms of size and sportiness.
