A motorist was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision between two vehicles in Northumberland.
A blue Renault collided with a black BMW traveling in the opposite direction on the B6318 military road at around 6:50 p.m. on Sunday.
This is believed to have happened about 200 yards from the Two Hoots Junction.

Agents and emergency services responded and the driver of the Renault and the driver of the BMW were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
They are both currently in stable condition. A BMW passenger was also taken to hospital.
An investigation into the incident has been opened and the police are now calling for witnesses.
Constable Andy Donald, of the Northumbria Police Motorized Patrol Service, said: “This is a very serious collision which left three people injured and both drivers were seriously injured.
“Our investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is ongoing and we look forward to hearing from anyone who can help us get a clear picture of the times leading up to this incident.
“If you were driving on military road B6318 at that time and saw a blue Renault or a black BMW, please contact us.
“We are particularly interested in motorists who are likely to have dash camera images.”
