Ukraine scored an ultimate goal against Sweden in overtime to set up a quarter-final clash with England at Euro 2020.

Artem Dovbyk scored the essential goal of securing a 2-1 victory for his country at Hampden Park in Glasgow, just hours after Gareth Southgate’s men safely advanced to the final eight – knocking out former German rivals thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling.

England will face Ukraine in Rome at 8 p.m. on Saturday.

English fans could be forgiven for feeling optimistic as some of the tournament favorites, Italy, Spain and Belgium, are in the other half of the draw.

So, in the longer term, England’s opponents in the semi-finals, if they reached the bottom four, would be Czech Republic or Denmark Wednesday July 7th at Wembley.

If England progressed this far, their opponents would be one of four teams: Belgium, Italy, Switzerland and Spain – the teams in the quarterfinals on the other side of the table.

For all the fans who want to travel to Rome to watch the quarterfinal match live, it even seems pointless to try.

UK government advice says anyone who has been in the UK in the past 14 days must self-isolate for five days upon arrival in Italy.

At the end of their quarantine period, they should test negative for COVID-19[female[feminine before being allowed to mix.

They must also be tested negative no later than 48 hours before boarding the aircraft.
