New Aston Martin Valhalla is a 937hp mid-engined super-hybrid Car News

Push-rod suspension up front and a multi-link setup at the rear, with shocks and springs mounted inside to reduce unsprung mass. speed to cross the speed bumps.

By using more subtle body elements to improve downforce, Aston Martin designers had more freedom for the overall silhouette, without the need for fenders, intakes and exits as spectacular as on the Valkyrie. The design is much more streamlined, more overtly road-oriented, and largely modified from that of the concept.

The prominent roof scoop, forward hinged dihedral doors, sloping rear axle and one-piece rear spoiler remain, but an all-new treatment for the front, rear and sides allows the supercar to align with its more traditional siblings.

A wrap-around version of Aston’s signature grille sits up front, for example, under larger, rounder matrix LED headlamps, while the rear diffuser has been heavily toned down for a more production-friendly setup. There’s also a more angular-looking side skirt, sharper side vent designs and, obviously, exterior mirrors, which were missing from the show car. The standard wheels, on the other hand, measure 20 inches in diameter at the front and 21 inches at the rear and are shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires.
