Mini partners with Dogs Trust to promote pet-friendly travel Car News

Mini will partner with Dogs Trust, Britain’s largest dog welfare charity, to become the country’s first ‘dog-friendly’ manufacturer by 2022 in a bid to raise awareness of safe travel for dogs.

The UK company will welcome dogs to dealerships with water bowls and mats, while working with the association’s dog behavior experts to educate customers on how to keep dogs happy on car trips.

The partnership follows a study conducted by Mini that surveyed UK-based customers and found that 9 in 10 dogs, or 91%, were considered happy when traveling in a Mini, reaching 95% for Clubman models.
