The scooter registered as OVS 762 was reported stolen from the parking lot at Brighton station at Stroudley Road.
He had been chained and padlocked to the racks, but the padlock had been cut.
It is assumed that the scooter was lifted into a van.
UK Transport Police are aware of the incident and CCTV investigations are ongoing.
The weekend started in Brighton yesterday, with hundreds of mods from across the country flocking to the city.

Their scooters were lined up along Madeira Drive and crowds of holiday tourists gathered to watch the show.
