A MAN was charged after a car pulled off the road and smashed a fence.
Martin Curran, 45, of Nookery, East Preston, was arrested and charged with failing to provide a sample for analysis and assaulting an emergency service worker.
He was released on bail to appear in Worthing Magistrates’ Court on October 12.
Emergency services attended the accident on Sunday
It comes after firefighters and police witnessed an accident in North Lane, East Preston, at 6:15 p.m. Sunday.
The emergency services cordoned off the road during the checks.
