BRIGHTON station is one of Britain’s most Instagrammed stations, according to a recent poll.
The station, built in 1841, was featured in a total of 5,902 posts on the social media platform.
However, the station missed out on a top 10 spot on Sheet Piling UK’s list, with Bristol Temple Meads taking tenth place with an additional 2,600 posts.
Seven of the top ten on the list are in London; with King’s Cross, Paddington and Waterloo on the podiums.

Brighton Station is the seventh busiest station outside London, with an average of 17 million people passing through its doors each year.
The station has a large curved double-span glass and iron roof covering its eight platforms.
