The 23-year-old pacing bowler, who made his debut in this field when he was 15 years old in 2013, took the last four wickets after lunch in a clinical performance.
Resuming at 77-6 after the break, Somerset lost its seventh wicket with the score at 86 when Fisher had Steven Davies pass Tom Kohler-Cadmore on the first slip.
There was no foot movement from the batter, who hung up his bat and went away with 15 runs to his name.
Somerset fell to 100-8 when Jack Leach edged Fisher on the second slip, where Adam Lyth took his second excellent catch of the day at that position.

Yorkshire suffered another hit with the total of 16 – or rather Kohler-Cadmore did, when the batter was forced to retreat injured after being hit in the arm by a Davey ball.
Kohler-Cadmore received a lot of attention on the field, but was eventually replaced by Gary Ballance, who is 13 in the interval with George Hill at 29.
