Aldi is launching a new line of spirits in time for summer, including a watermelon-lime gin Brighton News

Perfect for refreshing summer dishes and cocktails, this gin liqueur is only available while supplies last.

For the ultimate sunny feeling, Aldi has shared its recipe for the perfect Watermelon Gin Punch.

Zesty Watermelon Gin Punch

1. Using a watermelon, zigzag off one end and discard. Scoop out the fresh watermelon, place it in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the juice back into the watermelon, add 250ml of Infusionist Watermelon & Lime Gin Liqueur, 110g of a simple syrup, 3 freshly squeezed limes and mix.
3. Top with ice, garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lime wedges – voila!
