CCTV shows the moment a 58-year-old man is headbutted and seriously injured in a Yorkshire pub by an attacker who was looking at his wife Yorkshire News

It is reported that at around 7:30pm on Sunday February 27, the victims, a 60-year-old woman and a 58-year-old man, were at the Lord Nelson pub on Printing Office Street.

When the victim asked a man who was harassing her if there was a problem, she head-butted her husband. The woman was injured when she put her hands on her husband’s face to protect him.

She suffered minor injuries in the assault. Her husband suffered more serious injuries.

South Yorkshire Police officers have carried out extensive investigations, however they would now like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as they believe he may have information that could help with their investigations.
