TRAFFIC intensifies along the A259 following an oil leak from a broken down lorry.
Part of the road is partially blocked due to the spill on the B2123 High Street in Rottingdean, causing traffic jams in both directions along the A259.
An eyewitness said a lorry broke north of the junction with the A259, leaking “a large amount of fluid from its mechanics”.
Fire crews are said to be on the scene and have closed Rottingdean High Street.
