License renewal: the new rules for the Covid emergency, documents, costs

Following the extension of the Covid state of emergency, the Government issued a new provision, defining the new terms of validity of the driving qualifications and the documents necessary for their release or confirmation of validity. The new circular establishes that licenses and pink papers expired or expiring in the period of national health emergency remain valid until 29 July 2021 throughout the national territory.
