There are two moments in which there has been a surge in internet searches relating to anti-abandonment devices: November 2019, when the obligation to have them on board came into force for those carrying children up to 4 years of age; and February 2020, when there was the opportunity to access the purchase incentive of 30 euros. Then the curve flattens out, as does the general interest in this topic.
