Ms. Scott said: “When we started discussing the possibility of an MBO, I was sure from the beginning that it was the right decision for everyone. I am very proud to lead this exceptionally talented team, and I am confident that Neil and I will take the company to new heights in the next five years and beyond. “

Craven added: “Agreement to launch the MBO was reached in March 2020, but with the UK immediately mired in the pandemic and COVID-19 lockdown, our focus was on crisis communications management. for all of our clients, working to retain clients in all departments and then proactively seek new business to ensure future growth of the company.
