Sport gives children and young people the chance to learn skills that will help them in school as well as in their future careers and personal lives.
By engaging in sport, they learn leadership, teamwork, problem solving, responsibility, self-discipline and initiative.
As Sussex sports clubs return to action as Covid restrictions ease, we want to show our support and perhaps encourage more young people to join community sports teams.
