Cannabis plants and growing equipment dumped in the Sheffield hotspot UK News

The equipment was found in a field off Stubbing House Lane and had been there for about 10 days, Lib Dem adviser Mike Levery said.

Councilor Mike Levery helped move the equipment to the side of the road so it could be retrieved.

Along with Councilor Alan Hooper, Cllr Levery moved the trash to the side of the road on Saturday so it could be collected and disposed of.

He added, “Amey knows where the hotspots are, but if it’s not by the roadside, it’s not in their contract to get them back.

“We are trying to rectify this, but it is a long way.”
